Website Terms

The basis on which this website and its information are provided.

Information only

Everything published on this website is general educational information about household and estate transitions. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or real estate advice, and it should not be relied on in place of advice from a qualified professional about your own circumstances.

Scope of services

Alberta Estate Transitions manages the physical and logistical side of a household transition. It does not act as executor, trustee or estate administrator, does not appraise property or determine its value, and is not a moving company, junk-removal company, auction house, law firm or accounting firm. Independent service providers such as movers, cleaners, appraisers and auction companies normally contract with and are paid directly by the client.

No engagement is created by this website

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a service agreement. Work begins only under a written scope agreed by both parties.
